Ok we got hooked up here. The Radisson Blu had us sing in their bar for them and helped us out with our stay. The bar was remarkable, and I’m writing this beyond the time where kissing ass will help me out here! One of the coolest designs and actually a great spot to sing. Unfortunately for Léo and Paul, they had to set up two separate sound systems.
Anyway, we got there early, and I made it a point to take a look around Gothenburg (or Goteborg). The city is right on the water and has an extensive water-ferry system. I jumped on and had no real idea how to pay, so I awkwardly hung out back, hoping that the boat was free, or, at worst, they wouldn’t come check for my ticket. It seems like here in Sweden, people are very respectful towards the social systems and rules.
On the way back I got a good look at the nearby museum and got ready for the show. Back up in my room, I drank every last bit of coffee they had and we hit the show. Another big ass arena with another great crowd. I could totally get used to this! This Backstreet Boys tour is fine.by.me!
