Well here we go! Leaving Europa Park for Mannheim, we weren’t sure whether we’d be welcomed at the door or laughed away. The night before in Zurich we had a severe issue with somebody that claimed to be with us. Let me assure you, they were not with us.
So we packed up and drove, as normal. In the face of adversity, you must push on; you must do everything you can to finish what you set out to do.
Also, you must occasionally make compromises that allow you to reach your goals. In this case, our move was to accept all responsibility for whatever happened, even if we didn’t cause it. Conflict often arises not from rational dissonance but emotional authority. In other words, suck it up and save face.
We pulled up to the venue and our fears were relieved. While everybody seemed to be aware of a situation, we were welcomed. I still attribute that to building a report and bringing a good attitude throughout the tour.
So the tour continues. The Exchange rolls on. As one of the biggest shows yet at the SAP Arena, we made sure to get a bunch of pictures and put on as good a show as we could.
Whew. Next.
